When will my order arrive?

Next day delivery – if you order before 1pm your order should arrive by the next day (excluding Sundays).

Please note that in busy periods deliveries can take longer than expected.

My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the time frames mentioned above, please get in touch with us with the customer service form. We’ll be happy to help.

Returns

I changed my mind!

If you’d like to return your order because you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake, you have 14 days from the time it arrives to request a returns form by getting in touch here.

You’ll then have another 14 days to return your unopened game for a refund.
You will need to cover the return postage, and we can’t issue a refund for any non recorded returns that go missing! Please keep hold of your tracking information/proof of purchase in case you need to get in touch with us.

Replacement bits ‘n’ bobs

We get it – sometimes you lose a piece, or accidentally spill a drink on some cards whilst wildy acting out a question in Obama Llama – we’ve all done it! Just give us a shout and let us know here – we will do what we can to get you a replacement piece, on us.


Please note that this service is intended to replace the odd part that has genuinely been misplaced – it’s subject to stock availability and issued at our discretion.
