What’s your return policy?

When will my order arrive?

Next day delivery – if you order before 1pm your order should arrive by the next day (excluding Sundays).

Please note that in busy periods deliveries can take longer than expected.

My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the time frames mentioned above, please get in touch with us with the customer service form. We’ll be happy to help.

Returns

If you’d like to return your order because you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days from the time you receive your order to let us know by contacting us via the customer service form

You’ll then have another 14 days to return your order for a full refund. Your order must be unopened to be eligible for a full refund or exchange (unless it is faulty).

If you’d like to return an item, contact is via the customer service form and we will provide a postage return label free of charge.

Recorded delivery is the safest way to return the order to us. If recorded delivery is not used and the item goes missing, Big Potato, unfortunately, won’t be able to issue a refund.

You are responsible for ensuring the game comes back to us in new, unopened condition.

Big Potato retain the right to refuse a return or make only a partial refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of handling by you.

If something we’ve sent you is faulty, missing or incorrect, we’d like to fix that for you. Please contact us via the customer service form.

You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to let us know that the order is not correct or is faulty. If Big Potato hear from you within this time frame you will be eligible for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us within 14 days. Any items must still be in the same condition in which they were received.
