1- The competition is open to residents in the USA ages 18 years or older.

2- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3- By entering this competition via the photo upload, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and to joining the Big Potato mailing list.

4- Only one entry will be accepted per person, per platform (photo upload, TikTok comment and Instagram comment) . Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5- Closing date for entry will be July 31st 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

6- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7- Big Potato reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Big Potato.

8- The prize is as follows: $5000 cash plus the Zillionaires board game (a $24.99 value) to one winner. The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

9- Winners will be chosen at random by Big Potato

10- The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

11- By entering you grant us the rights to use your photo in our marketing.
