How long do I have to wait for my new games?
We try to get your game into your hands (or at least on your doorstep) within 2 -4 working days.

My games still haven’t arrived!
Ah, boo! Delays do happen sometimes, and you can usually trace your parcel online or get in touch with your courier with the tracking info provided.(please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information)

If you’ve done this and are still having issues, Get In Touch with us and we will get it sorted.

We get it - sometimes you lose a piece, or accidentally spill a drink on some cards whilst wildy acting out a question in Obama Llama - we’ve all done it! Just give us a shout and let us know here - we will do what we can to get you a replacement piece, on us.

It’s not working on my TV.
Sometimes TV browsers are a little glitchy! If this is the case we’d suggest trying to use a laptop and connecting it to the TV with a HDMI cable. If you’re still having issues, please contact us below, and we’ll make it right as soon as we get back!
