The Chameleon

Everyone gets a card - one of you is secretly the Chameleon. A topic card goes down, dice are rolled, and everyone except the Chameleon finds the secret word using their code card. Then each player says one word related to it… including the Chameleon, who’s bluffing. Debate, vote, and try to catch them. It’s easy to learn in minutes and fast-paced enough that you’ll fly through rounds without noticing.

3–8 players, and it works brilliantly across the whole range. With 3 players, there’s a special rule where the Chameleon gets two guesses if caught - keeping things balanced and engaging. With bigger groups, you get more ideas, more discussion, and more moments where everyone’s trying to read the room at once. Small group or full table, everyone stays involved.

Not a chance. You’ve got 640 secret words to start with - but the real variety comes from who you’re playing with. Every group brings different clues, bluffs, and “wait… what?” moments.
