How long do I have to wait for my new games?

We try to get your game into your hands (or at least on your doorstep) within 2 working days if you live in the UK, 1 working day if you ordered next day delivery.

My games still haven’t arrived!

Ah, boo! Delays do happen sometimes, and you can usually trace your parcel online or get in touch with your courier with the tracking info provided. If you’ve done this and are still having issues, Get In Touch with us and we will get it sorted.

Cancelling or amending an order:

Our warehouse Tatos are super speedy and usually dispatch your order within 2 hours of receiving it. For this reason please do check all of your details carefully when you place your order - as we can’t amend your address once it’s been dispatched.

Free 48 hour working day delivery on orders over £30 or £1.99 for orders under £30.

I changed my mind!

If you’d like to return your order because you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake, you have 14 days from the time it arrives to request a returns form by getting in touch here

You’ll then have another 14 days to return your unopened game for a refund. You will need to cover the return postage, and we can’t issue a refund for any non recorded returns that go missing! Please keep hold of your tracking information/proof of purchase in case you need to get in touch with us.

One player describes two words to their team against a 45-second timer, trying to get both guessed in the right order. Easy enough, apart from the tiny problem that they cannot say “umm,” “ah,” or any other little verbal wobble. Meanwhile, the other team is sitting there with a bell, absolutely desperate to catch them slipping. Guess well and you move along the board. Slip up and the other team cashes in. It is quick to pick up, fiercely competitive, and very good at exposing who says “umm” every other word.

4-10 players, split into teams. That is part of what makes it so good. One person is under pressure, one team is trying to guess, and the other lot are hovering over the bell like tiny judges. The more people you have, the more fingers there are itching to ring.

Very much so. It gets people involved straight away and does not waste time pretending to be subtle. You are describing, guessing, shouting, ringing, and laughing within seconds. It is one of those games where the room gets into it fast, especially once someone who was feeling very confident falls apart in under ten seconds.

Around 20 to 30 minutes. The turns are short, the pace is snappy, and the extra rules keep making things wobblier as the game goes on. It is the kind of game where one round leads to another because surely you can describe two simple words in a row without saying “umm” this time.

In the best possible way. You are under just enough pressure to make it funny, not miserable. The timer is short, the rounds move quickly, and even a total train wreck is entertaining for everyone involved. Especially for the people holding the bell.

Yes, especially if your family enjoys a bit of fast-moving fun. The challenge is simple enough for kids to get straight away, and adults are usually much worse at it than they would like to admit. It is quick, high-energy, and the kind of game that gets everyone laughing, guessing, and ringing the bell with far too much confidence.
